The Meán Scoil Nua an Leith Triúigh Debating team who defeated Listowel Presentation in the 2013-14 Debating series.
Meán Scoil Nua an Leith Triúigh provides opportunities for Transition Year and 5th Year students to get involved in debating. Students take part in an intra-school debating forum that takes place over the course of the year.
Debating provides students with an excellent opportunity to develop communication skills, improve their self-confidence and gain a deeper knowledge of topical issues in the greater world.
